Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Veritly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Veritly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Service description

Veritly provides AI-assisted pitch analysis, generated content, and related workflows. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

4. Paid plans and billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• Subscription fees are charged based on the plan you select until canceled, subject to applicable law.
• You can manage billing and cancellation through the "Manage subscription" flow in your account.
• Unless stated otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may update pricing with reasonable notice before renewal.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Veritly. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Veritly for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Interfere with service operation, security, or other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond allowed use.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Intellectual property

Veritly and its underlying software, design, branding, and content are owned by Zero Human Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

Veritly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed by you before use. Veritly does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Veritly and Zero Human Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using Veritly at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zero Human Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Veritly after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
